My Session has Expired?

VirtualLab™ handles thousands of connections each month. These connections are managed through Sessions and each Session has an allotted amount of time to run a successful recovery.

If you have not purchased recovery Quota, an expired session is nothing to worry about. Select Start a new VirtualLab Recovery at the Welcome Screen and you will be given a new session ID and password.

If you HAVE purchased Quota and have an expired session, you may extend your session by using the VirtualLab Session Manager.
